Mortgage Financing for Canadians in Texas

Hey folks, I am currently looking to buy a house and have been pre-qualified by my relocation company in-house mortgage broker however the down payment requirements are 20-25% (which is fine) but the interest they charge is 6.75%+.  The issue is I have excellent credit in Canada, however NO credit score yet in the US.Can anyone recommend another lender???MarkSee More
