Taxes ... HELP!!!
Hi,My husband told me YESTERDAY that we need to find an American CPA to do our US taxes. He "did" them himself, but the CDN accountant told him we should get a US CPA to go through them and answer some questions they have since 2009 was our transition year. Does anyone know one that could help us? I figure there might be a few CDNs here that have been through this first year US tax/Cdn tax thing!!Thanks,LisaSee More

"The company would have to open a branch in the US and transfer as an L1A or L1B. You have to have a Visa to work in the US for a US entity and pay US taxes. A company I was working for did this but obviously takes the due diligence to make it smooth."
