Hockey Season Again!!!

Much to my wife's delight (not), it's hockey season again!!!

I recently switched from ExpressVu Satellite (which allowed me to watch all my beloved Leafs' games) to AT&T Uverse. While I love the U-Verse, it sucks because they don't carry OnDemand Center Ice.

But luckily www.nhl.com has live streaming hockey games online for $20 a month: http://gamecenter.nhl.com/nhlgc/launch.jsp

So I signed up, and it's awesome. I saw the Leafs' opener, along with my favourite part: Coach's Corner. Saturday's Leafs game was carried on TV on Versus, which did the full Hockey Night In Canada feed from CBC, so I was happy about that too.

Anyways, I thought I'd share so all you hockey fans can get your hockey fix.

I had heard AT&T was supposed to get NHL CENTER ICE. I had wanted to switch over to them. So we stuck with DIRECTV to get all the games.

$20 a month is pretty good though. Cheaper than DIRECTV charges me, and then I could watch it on the PC and the wifey wouldn't be stuck watching the HABS with me lol. She only likes the playoffs!
