Hockey and Evolution
With the hockey season finishing for another year, I felt it timely to provide some hockey trivia.
It's a little known fact....
The first testicular guard "Cup" was used in Hockey in 1874 and
the first hockey helmet was used in 1974.
It apparently took 100 years for hockey playing men to evolve to realize that while their gonads are very important, their brain is also worth protecting.
