Canadian on TN-Visa, just married US citizen and looking for help with permanent residence application

Hi all

We recently (Jan 1st of this year) married. Paolo is a native Houstonian and Erin is a Canadian. Erin has been in the US for 3 years now on a TN visas with the same company. She has until December 2012 left on her current visa and we'd like to apply for her permanent residency.

We are looking at filing the 1-485 (Register for Permanent Residency or Adjustment of Status) and the i-130 (Petition for Alien Resident) but have yet to talk to a lawyer or anyone about how to do this correctly.

Do you have advice or a good contact for this?
